The MM Capital Team is comprised of two Co-Founding Partners plus a multitude of advisers and operating partners. The Co-Founders, Mike and Matt, have experience in entrepreneurship, banking, private equity, and corporate finance. They both wanted to utilize their skills and resources to invest in and operate small-to-medium sized businesses.
Mike and Matt, along with their advisers and operating team, work with business owners to ensure a smooth transition. We pride ourselves in working promptly and honestly and will work to ensure that legacy preservation is achieved. MM Capital focuses on growth and profitability, but not at the expense of employees or how business is conducted. MM Capital views employees as the lifeblood of the company and treats employees as part of the extended family. At heart, they are number and detail oriented, but are also able to see the bigger picture. With skill sets in Finance, Operations, Marketing and Human Resources, both enjoy digging into opportunities to help drive growth and identifing new opportunities.
Our Drive
Mike and Matt are both family men who enjoyed advisory and investing careers but ultimately decided that their entrepreneur and operating drive could not be satisfied by any existing firm. For that reason, MM Capital was founded. MM Capital provides a sense of purpose while allowing us to positively affect our family, career, employees and the community.
